This policy explains what personal data Peak Perspective Productions ("we", "us") collects when you use http://localhost:3000, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Who we are

What we collect, and why
Contact / inquiry form
When you send us a project inquiry we collect your name, email address, the type of project, and your message. We use this only to respond to you and discuss working together. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address to send occasional updates about new work. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
Security & abuse prevention
To protect the site from spam and brute-force attempts, our servers briefly process your IP address to rate-limit requests. This is held only transiently in server memory and is not stored in our database. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Preferences
Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
What we don’t do: we use no analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing of the sort). We don’t build profiles of you or track you across other sites.Cookies
We set only one cookie, and only inside our private admin area (a sign-in session cookie). It is never set for ordinary visitors. Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies if you choose to play them. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, acting on our instructions:
- Supabase — hosts our database and media storage (stores inquiries, newsletter emails).
- Resend — delivers the inquiry notification emails to us.
- Vercel — hosts and serves the website (processes standard server request logs).
- YouTube (Google) — serves embedded episode videos if you play them.
We may also disclose data where required by law. These providers may process data on servers outside your country (including outside India and the EU); where that happens we rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete them. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data erased;
- withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe) at any time;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request a copy of your data in a portable form;
- complain to your data protection authority.

Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
